1. Participating in the investigation and design of geotechnical engineering projects (including foundation pit engineering, foundation engineering, ground treatment engineering, slope engineering, etc.).
2. Analyzing engineering data in engineering construction by using geotechnical and structural calculation software.
3. Responsible for coordination and follow-up of major projects, project scheme optimization, and accompanying marketing personnel to solve corresponding technical problems.
4. Understanding the project status on site, providing suggestions for the design of foundation, pile, retaining wall, dam, tunnel, etc., and solving the design technical problems in the construction.
5. Completing other tasks assigned by company leaders.

1. Master degree or above, major in civil engineering (geotechnical), geotechnical engineering.
2. With experience in municipal and highway geotechnical engineering design, overseas study experience is preferred.
3. Proficiency in the technical specifications and drawing software, with a strong theoretical foundation for geotechnical engineering; Proficient in Office software, and good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
4. Strong coordination and communication skills, good spirit of cooperation and team-work, and high sense of responsibility and professional dedication.

Responsible for the cost control of key construction projects of the group, and auditing the work of the cost control specialists.

Cost control including:
1. Preparing and reviewing bidding cost estimates, construction cost budgets and cost budget changes.
2. Monitoring the construction progress of projects and controlling the construction cost according to the cost budget.
3. Analyzing the cost data during and after the construction of projects and evalsuating the efficiency of project management.
4. Managing subcontracting and mechanical leasing suppliers, including inquiry, contract negotiation and settlement, etc.

1. Bachelor degree or above, with 3-4 years of working experience in construction industry.
2. Cost management experience of construction unit is preferred. Working experience in foundation treatment is preferred.
3. CET-6 certificate, and basic English communication skills.
4. Able to travel for a certain period of time.

1. Responsible for the collection and tracking of early project information, organizing the investigation of employers and other related work.
2. Responsible for the company's business bidding management, including bidding planning, bidding organization, bidding process tracking and bidding result analysis.
3. Responsible for the statistics and analysis of the company's business data.
4. Responsible for market development, business undertaking, obtaining and mining potential customers.

1. Bachelor degree or above, unlimited major.
2. More than two years working experience in marketing is preferred.
3. Strong communication skills and language expression skills.
4. Able to adapt to work in project site and business trip.

1. Responsible for the monthly/quarterly/annual settlement of overseas branches, and efficiently providing a full set of financial statements.
2. Responsible for all accounts of overseas branches, including but not limited to cash, accounts receivable/payable, assets, liabilities, etc.
3. Assisting in preparing and supervising the company budget.
4. Preparing cash flow forecast every week.
5. Responsible for preparing and reviewing tax reports and declaration forms, including but not limited to corporate income tax, value-added tax, withholding tax, etc.
6. Keeping good contact with external parties, including external/internal audit of financial statement audit, banks, local government agencies, etc.
7. Handling all accounting-related work as required by the management.

1. 3 years financial related working experience;
2. CET-6 or above, able to use English as working language;
3. Experience in dealing with overseas financial affairs is preferred.
4. Team management experience is preferred.
5. Working experience in construction industry is preferred.
6. Intermediate Accountant or CPA is preferred.
